How Do You Do Dressage?

My horse knows dressage but i don"t. When I try dressage i end up confusing My poor horse.What do i need? What signals should i give my horse? Help please!

    it’s not really something that you can learn from instructions over the internet… you should probably hire a dressage instructor to teach you the commands properly =)
